Easy Return and Refund Policy
7-Day Return: You have 7 days to make a return request after your order has been delivered.
Full Refund: You will receive a 100% refund for your item if a damaged, defective, wrong item was delivered to you. Refunds will not include the delivery fee if the correct product is delivered but you changed your mind.
Return Conditions
1. You must call or submit the Return/Refund Form to return an item.
2. All returns must be in good condition with original tags, labels, packing, with all complimentary items included.
3. The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Beauty, Perfumes, Underwear, Swimwear and Leggings, Adult Toys, Hair Extensions, and Jewelry.
- Opened or used Electronics (Cellphone, Pad, and Computer);
- Products shipped from Overseas
4. Exchange service is not available.
Refund Timeline
Seli Marketplace promises to refund within 10 business days after the return package received. A refund can be made through bank transfer to the name on the original order.
